Rock Water Aikikai, Spring Seminar

We are excited to offer you this fun and engaging seminar with returning Examination Committee Member and 6th Dan Shidoin, Steve Erickson Sensei.  Erickson Sensei has been training and teaching Aikido for 4 decades and runs the largest, and arguably one of the most successful Aikido Dojos in North America.   This seminar will help you deepen your knowledge of technical Aikido, and help advanced practitioners to improve their training and teaching methods.  
 
We are pleased to announce special guest instructors Grant Babin Sensei, 5th Dan Shidoin, Chief Instructor at Aikidaily International Academy, and Valentine Kabanets Sensei, 4th Dan Shidoin, Deputy Chief Instructor at Vancouver West Aikikai.
 
Kyu and Dan Testing offered at this seminar, with 2 shidoin and an examination committee member.  Please email sensei@rockwateraikikai.com at least 3 weeks in advance, if you plan to test at this event.
 
Please register now for this upcoming seminar.  Registration will be limited to 50 people, and will include special training for Teens in our upper dojo!  We almost sold out last seminar, and attendance has been growing.  Please register early to avoid missing out.

ACCOMODATIONS: 
We have 40 new and clean mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, pillow cases, and shower towels.   We have 3 bathrooms and 2 luxurious private showers, a kitchen and meal area for eating and social time.  For only $45 a night you can enjoy a comfortable B&B dojo experience.  (Hotels in the area typically charge $200-500 a night.)  

 

You can hike up to the peak of the Gravity Zone and back in under 25 minutes, to enjoy sunrise or sunset, scenic views of the ocean and mountains, or just to stretch your legs and enjoy some nature time.  Considering the Lunch and Dinner buffet option, offered at an affordable fee in the dojo on Saturday, you can make it an all-inclusive, relaxing and memorable experience.
